NewEra Wealth Advisors (“NewEra,” “we,” “us”) is a team of financial professionals located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1700, Miami, Florida 33131. Securities are offered through Bolton Global Capital, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC. Advisory services are offered through Bolton Global Asset Management, an SEC-registered investment advisor (together, “Bolton”).

1. Client Privacy Notice

We may collect information you provide on applications and other forms; information about your accounts and transactions with us or others; information needed to verify your identity; information from consumer reporting agencies; and other information needed to comply with the laws and regulations that govern the services we provide.
Why we collect it. We collect your information so we can provide financial services to you. Much of it is required by law or necessary to serve you effectively.

We may share information about you with our staff, Bolton and its affiliates and representatives, and third parties who provide you with financial products and services, such as custodians (including BNY Pershing and Charles Schwab), clearing firms, mutual fund companies and insurance companies. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with nonaffiliated third parties who intend to market their products to you. We treat information about former clients the same way we treat information about current clients.
Protecting your information. Access to your personal and account information is limited to employees and agents who need it to serve you or to comply with applicable laws. We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Records are retained for the periods required by financial industry regulations.

2. Website Privacy
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, phone number and message. When you subscribe to NewEra Market Insights, you provide your email address. We use this information only to respond to you and to send the updates you requested.
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information through this website’s forms or by email. Contact us by phone and we will arrange a secure method.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. Some of this information is collected through cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings.
Service providers. This website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which also provides visitor statistics and spam filtering for our forms. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Email updates. Every NewEra Market Insights email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time on our unsubscribe page.
Links to other websites. This site links to third-party websites, including custodian login pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Children. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
